Overview

Watch the little penguins make their way across the beach at the Penguin Parade, surrounded by local wildlife like swamp wallabies, eastern barred bandicoots, cape barren geese, and short-tailed shearwaters. Wander the boardwalks at night to see these penguins return to their burrows along with other local animals.

Each ticket supports the preservation of this habitat, helping Nature Parks rangers restore and protect the landscape for the penguins and other wildlife.

Choose from two viewing options: the Penguins Plus for a close-up view with limited capacity by the penguin path, or the General Viewing area for a broad look at the penguins as they waddle to the colony.

Please allow extra travel time if visiting from mid-December to late January, during long weekends, school holidays, or other peak periods as traffic can get very busy

Children under 4 years old can travel free of charge but do need a ticket to manage Penguin Parade capacity
