Instructions
- Upon booking completion, guests will receive an email confirmation with flight details. Use the provided Booking ID to check your flight status on the supplier app
- To check-in, please refer to the operator's confirmation number
- Exact flight/meeting times will be updated by the operator based on weather conditions through their app (details on voucher) or check the confirmation email for meeting times
- Meeting point (for Balloon Flight Only): Balgownie Estate (meet in the 1309 restaurant), 1309 Melba Hwy, Yarra Glen
- After the flight, the flight operator will drive all passengers back to the meeting point which is where breakfast is held (if selected)

In the case of windy, wet, miserable weather, the flight might be cancelled
Passengers can assist with the setup/inflation of the balloon

Drop-off after breakfast: Either Federation Square OR Queen Victoria Market
